Following a Sport and Exercise Science BSc (Hons) degree, Jenny Knott worked in an office environment for a few years before deciding to retrain as an Osteopath. After a 4 year degree, Jenny qualified as an Osteopath from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) in 2008. Jenny attends regular courses and keeps up to date with health developments, completing over 30 hours of continued professional development (CPD) a year.
Jenny’s first experience of Osteopathy was as a competitive swimmer and in her hobbies of skiing, windsurfing and running. Finding how effective osteopathy was compared to other manual treatments she was keen to learn more.
Jenny uses a range of osteopathic techniques including articulation, soft tissue massage and manipulation of joints to improve range of movement and tissue health. She will always give specific relevant advice and work with you to develop goals to adjust your lifestyle to improve your current wellbeing as quickly as possible and to prevent future problems.
Jenny enjoys working from her Marlow Osteopathy Clinic. She uses her osteopathic knowledge to diagnose the cause of your pain and develop a suitable treatment plan tailored for you.
